This Benowa Waters project sits on the banks of the Nerang river within walking distance of the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens.
A steep embankment made development of the yard a challenge so the pool was elevated to match the height of the house. Archidiom Architects designed the expansion, seamlessly joining the pool and house with an outside entertainment area.
The pool features QuikClean Xtreme in-floor system for crystal clear water, ready for swimming all year round.
